Processing unit

Application area
The instruments of the PLICSRADIO series are designed for wireless transmission and indication of 4 … 20 mA/HART signals and switching conditions. They are used when the installation of a signal cable from the sensor to the processing/indication unit is not possible or too complex. Operation of the radio link is licence and registration free as well as free-of-charge.

Function
The receiving unit PLICSRADIO R62 receives via the radio link the measured values of one or more PLICSRADIO T61/T62 and transfers the values to the processing unit C62. Up to three continuous measured values and three switching inputs can be assigned to individual measurement loops and displayed in the desired parameters on the display. The continuous measured values are also outputted to the integrated current ouputs for further processing. Hence the measuring signal can be transmitted to a remote display or a connected control system. All instruments are available as standard version with 2.4 GHz or as version with increased effective radius with 902 MHz.
